Products
At ZME, we produce products for a diverse range of industries, including aviation, health-care, automotive and machine construction. A product’s application is sometimes not always clear. But that’s not necessarily important. The technical drawing simply marks the starting point: after all, it’s the specifications that are the be-all and end-all in delivering the best product. In the interests of sustainability, we work as cleanly and meticulously as possible. We minimize waste and try to recycle as much as possible. Frugality is our watchword.
Quality
Each and every product, from the first in the series to the last, meets the same specific requirements. During the entire process, we monitor the settings and the programming. We work in line with the requirements of ISO 9001. This means that the entire process is set down in quality manuals, procedures and reports.
A drawing of the product is not the be-all and end-all of the story. Together with the customer, we retell the story behind the product. We write the story the drawing doesn’t tell. We see this as providing added value for the customer. Any product we make can be reproduced at any time to the exact same specifications. Every machining specialist has their own signature and, through careful registration, we can ensure that we are the perfect foil for each other.

We manufacture complex, high-precision products to satisfy the needs of your industry. Our production plant has an extensive range of machining centres that carry out lathe turning up to 40 mm, sliding head-Swiss type turning up to 12 mm, and milling. Our multitasking machine, the Willemin Macodel 508MT, enables us to carry out a combination of operations for small-scale, high-precision machining.
